We create and manage paid advertising campaigns for our clients across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads and YouTube. This policy explains what information we collect, why, how we store it, and the choices you have.

Information you give us. When you submit an application, free-trial form, inquiry, or join our mailing list, we collect details such as your name, email address, social handle, business name, platform and follower numbers, goals, budget and any message you send us.

Payment information. Payments are processed securely by PayPal. We do not see, collect or store your full card or bank details; we only receive confirmation of a completed transaction.

Advertising performance data. For clients whose ad accounts we manage, we retrieve read-only performance metrics (such as impressions, clicks, spend, conversions and click-through rate) from the Meta and Google Ads APIs in order to display reporting in your private client dashboard. We do not create, edit or delete your campaigns through these APIs.

Usage & analytics data. When you visit our website we collect basic, non-sensitive analytics such as pages visited, referring source, approximate visit counts and a randomly generated visitor identifier. We use Google Analytics (GA4) and our own first-party analytics for this. This helps us understand and improve our website.

We use your information to: respond to your enquiries and applications; set up and manage your free trial or subscription; run and report on your advertising campaigns; process payments; send service updates and, where you have opted in, occasional growth tips and offers; and to operate, secure and improve our website.

We only ever access advertising accounts you have explicitly authorised us to manage, and solely for the purpose of managing and reporting on your campaigns.

We process your data on the basis of your consent (e.g. mailing list sign-up), to perform our contract with you (delivering our services), and our legitimate interests in operating and improving our business. You can withdraw consent at any time.

Your data is stored in a secured database and transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections. Access is restricted to authorised Angel 888 personnel. API credentials and access tokens are stored securely on our servers and are never exposed to clients or third parties. We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information against unauthorised access, loss or misuse.

We share the minimum data necessary with trusted providers who help us run our service, each with their own privacy policies:

• PayPal — payment processing.
• Resend — sending transactional and marketing emails.
• Meta (Facebook/Instagram) & Google Ads — advertising delivery and performance reporting via their APIs.
• Google Analytics — website usage analytics.
